Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented intern to support our artist onboarding and user experience processes at Musimela. This role is ideal for someone passionate about music, technology, and helping artists succeed on a digital platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in onboarding new artists onto the Musimela platform, ensuring their profiles are complete and accurate.
- Test the app from a user perspective, identifying bugs, usability issues, and areas for improvement.
- Manage and maintain Artist Default and Artist Era information to ensure accurate representation on the platform.
- Support debugging and troubleshooting of platform issues in collaboration with the development team.
- Provide feedback on UI/UX experience, suggesting improvements to enhance the overall user journey.
- Communicate with artists regarding onboarding, updates, and general platform guidance.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Music, Media, Communications, or Business Management.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Comfortable using apps and providing structured feedback.
- Basic understanding of UI/UX principles is a plus.
- Passion for music and helping artists succeed.
- Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
